Fly Electric!

Monster Models

There is something special about large models and I have been amazed at how large electrics can be. I started researching large electric models for the 'Large Model Association' (LMA) (read Journal article here - 54kb). I keep adding to the list below so please let me know if you can add to this 'collection' so that we can all enjoy them.

The planes are spilt into six sections due to the length of the list (over 300 models). This also makes them more comparable and easier to find. Click on the links below to take you direct to a section of interest or search using your browsers 'Find' command. They are then sorted by wingspan and finally by weight. Click on the 'thumbnail' images to see a large version. Where photos were not taken by me, credit for granting permission is given with the large version.
